Refund policy

We offer two courier options at checkout: DTDC and India Post.
* If you choose DTDC, we will be able to provide proper tracking updates and assistance regarding your parcel.
* India Post is offered as a more affordable option. However, if you choose India Post, full responsibility for the shipment rests with you once the order is dispatched from our side. While issues are rare, we will not be responsible for lost or missing parcels shipped via India Post. In rare cases, India Post may return the package without a specific reason or delivery attempt. So if the package is returned to us, you will be required to pay the shipping charges again for re-dispatch.  
Please choose India Post only if you are comfortable taking full responsibility for the shipment.

Important Delivery Guidelines
•    Ensure you provide your complete and accurate address along with the correct contact number while placing your order.
•    Please stay alert for phone calls after dispatch, as the delivery executive may contact you.
•    If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or failure to receive the delivery, you will be required to pay the shipping charges again for re-dispatch. (any courier 
•    We do not have refund policy.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking ID and tracking link. It is your responsibility to regularly track your parcel and ensure successful delivery.
Please note that we do not operate our own logistics network. We rely on third-party courier services, and therefore, tracking and receiving the parcel after dispatch is the customer’s responsibility.
For customers located in North, West, or East India, delivery may rarely take slightly longer, as all orders are shipped all the way from Kerala.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory for Complaints
An unboxing video is compulsory for any claims or complaints.
•    The video must begin with showing the parcel clearly from all sides (360° view).
•    The recording must be continuous, with no cuts, edits, or trims.
